Report all this to San Francisco BBB. The more complaints, the more light will be shed on this company and its horrible practices. Don’t just complain to each other, go to BBB and also request a segment be done on CBS about this, since this network permitted Brian Cheskey to talk on and on about the wonderful nature of the company.

You’re a typical cheapskate time-waster that wanted to extort a maximum of information from a host who is certainly NOT a tourist information office. Pay a little more and stay in hotel 🙂
