The bed had bed bugs, and now they refuse to refund any of my money. Airbnb paid for a hotel for the last night, but they are refusing to get any money from the host, because they said the host provided them with sufficient evidence that there are no bed bugs in his apartment. This by the way happened after like 3 weeks. I am not an experienced Airbnb guest, so I was unaware of the 14 day limit to write a review, and now I cannot even leave a review. This is so unfair. I feel like now people have no idea that there could be bed bugs in that apartment. It is horrible! How did you guys fight this with AirBnb?

Airbnb doesn’t allow you to leave more than one review. It’s impossible.

I had a terrible experience with my AirBnB rental and had to leave for a motel. I had to fight AirBnB for a refund. I posted a true review of my experience and AirBnB just removed it, sending me an identical email as yours! Sounds like bad reviews are not allowed. How are we supposed to protect ourselves from bad hosts? AirBnB knows this place was bad and the host was in violation; they finally refunded me the money the host would have kept. I’m not allowed to warn anyone else how bad it is though.
