I have been emailing AirBNB & the host because Hawaii will have a 14-day quarantine in effect till June 30, 2020. My planed stay is 6/20/20 – 6/27/20. No one is answering the phones & I keep getting the run around BS emails.

I would like to just change the reservation dates to next year, can’t do that to the site or thru the App. This is horrible customer service & I am really pissed. I’ve been calling them since the begining of April.
