Verification is horrendous. They just put me through this brick wall process and it looks like I can’t use the service anymore after previous good experiences. They just don’t care as they will get enough people using the system to still collect their money. ‘Really offensive as some of us have very important business in other cities, that’s why we are looking for accommodations.
