					<description><![CDATA[They do not care about letting criminal on the site who try to extort money and tell you and them that they will give you a bad review if they do not give you the money. I thought the whole reason to use ABB was to be protected. I think I can protect myself much better than they can. I have heard horror stories about guests that have had a hold put on their credit card causing damage and airbnb will not turn over the money even though it is not theirs. I am thinking of taking off the damage deposit and having the guest pay it to me directly when they come. That or there is a company called propertydamageprotection.com. The guest buys $5000 worth of blanket coverage for $99 and if the guest damages something you put in a claim. I am using them with VRBO. I hope I can use them with other sites too. At least they are offering real protection instead of the illusion of protection.]]></description>
