They are not a hotel; they guarantee very little.  And are certainly not set up to guarantee that if a host cancels you will get another comparable or better accommodation.  You were very fortunate that you did get a customer service rep who called you back when he said he would and were offered a full refund and a $200 future credit.  That rarely happens.  If you want certainty and guaranteed lodging, go to Expedia.]]></description>
