					<description><![CDATA[I think you&#039;re making a mountain out of a molehill in regard to the cubby.  Clearly, the house is older and that cubby served a purpose at one point.  I doubt the guy bought the house, carved a common feature of old homes into a wall, all for the purpose of spying on you or creeping in to harm you.   Your paranoia isn&#039;t his fault.  As to the &quot;filth&quot;.... The shower is a little gross.  But, the cat issue is your issue.  He disclosed that he has pets in the listing and you knew they were house cats.  Knowing that, and having a friend with allergies, why did you book this place?  He probably did clean as much as possible.  However, cat hair is tough to remove AND it&#039;s nearly impossible to rid the cat saliva (which contains the allergen) ffom furnishings.]]></description>
