VRBO-Homeaway Is not any better. VRBO-Homeaway are crooks as well!!
They are holding over $400.00 of my payout as a host.
Customer service is outsourced. Payment processing is outsourced. Corporate headquarters phone # is you guessed it…outsourced. Reps are polite but completely useless and there is no way to escalate an issue.
