I just had a very negative experience with my last guest and I don’t want to host again! I am asking close to nothing for economically minded travelers and they are expecting a 5 star hotel. Show some gratitude, people!

If you use instant book just accept only guests that have been positively reviewed. This has worked well for me.

I am getting the same thing, it was once a beautiful experience and now I am getting people treating my apartment and myself like a hotel, for one third of the price.
And, how they leave it, it’s my home.
It’s upsetting really.
