I understand completely. I reserved a room at at house where the so called luxury room with eat in area and private bathroom, turned out to be one big musty smelling room in a stinky, dirty basement. The private bathroom was in the back of the basement near what looked to be a walk out garage. To get to it you had to walk through a dark area with boxes all around. Bathroom was so small it was standing room only and there was dead bugs everywhere. Haven’t reserved another AirBnb since. lol
