I rent out a country house where rodents are common. When guests leave food exposed, spill crumbs, leave food waste in open bins then you may hold your breath but there’ll be mice. This is, according to Airbnb, a valid reason to cancel a booking without a penny refund let alone any chance to dispute the decision……. I’ve since moved on to VBRO and Wimdu. I advise you to do the same.
