Airbnb has offered to “step in,” except from previous experience and reading other people’s stories, I know they will only manage to do me a disservice. Have NO faith in their customer “care”.

People recommend renting places with experienced hosts who have good reviews. I’m here to tell you that good reviews mean nothing, because my host is FAR from what was said about her on the site. My entire vacation, ruined.

I’m so sorry you dealt with a batshit crazy person, too. Airbnb really does suck and I hope their business goes under. It’s the most unsafe business practice there is!
