All the commenters here must be hosts. Sadly, you don’t see the writing on the wall here. This *customer* is paying you money for a service. People are tired of staying in your gross homes and will return to hotels, like I have. Airbnb used to be fun, but now it’s jusy a waste of money.

It sounds like your expectations are that of a decent hotel, not of an airBnB. You are not suitable for something like airBnB when you expect the host to, for instance, adjust to your vague arrival times (people have jobs and if you are not happy with checkin time, don’t make the booking).

You want to get the best for almost nothing; such entitlement. You’ve not provided any photos of the supposed mould or faulty furniture so we can’t comment on that.

This review must be a joke. Seriously? Please do ALL hosts a favor and always stay in a hotel. There is no satisfying someone that complains like this. Sounds like a spoiled brat.

Remember — this is not a hotel. You were a guest in someone’s home. Sad to see such a transactional attitude take hold of a service that allegedly began with nobler motives.
